Please note: We work with patients residing in Washington or California and now offer wellness consulting for clients in these states: Arkansas, Delaware, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wyoming.

2. Do you accept insurance?

Dr. Landbloom is an out-of-network provider, which means she does not directly bill insurance companies. We’ve chosen to be an out-of-network provider so we can dedicate more time and attention to each patient. This approach allows us to take on fewer patients, ensuring personalized care and a more individualized experience for everyone. We are happy to provide patients with a Superbill that they can submit to their insurance. Many insurance companies offer out of network benefits and will provide reimbursement for a portion of your claim. The initial new patient visit is $425, with follow-up visits ranging from $195 to $325 based on the complexity of care.

3. Can I use my HSA/FSA?

We do accept HSA/FSA that may be applied to supplements, functional lab tests and visit fees. HSA/FSA benefits should be verified prior to the visit.

4. Can Dr. Landbloom be my primary care doctor?

Dr. Landbloom does not offer primary care services. We recommend all patients have a primary care provider to see for annual wellness visits, as well as acute and urgent concerns in addition to the care we provide.

5. Can Dr. Landbloom order labs?

Yes, Dr. Landbloom can order labs as well as imaging for established patients.

6. Can I see you in person?

At this time, Lumina Holistic Health is 100% virtual and all patients are seen through a secure telehealth platform.

7. What is your cancelLation policy?

All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to your visit. Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur a charge equivalent to the entire visit cost.
